Rob arrived on time and did an excellent. Hopefully won't need him again. But if I do, I aware his work will be exceptional.

Overall a fine experience. Technician was friendly and got the job done within the booking time. However. Technician waited until the time he was meant to arrive to call and say he’d be late, rather than doing so beforehand. Paint job has bumps from airborne debris in it (whether the day was too windy WAS asked about before he began painting) and is rippled in appearance compared to the rest of the car. Some type of discolouration has occurred on top of tail light right above repaired panel, possibly from an alcohol wipe or similar Discarded cigarette butts left on property. (I realise it’s hard to see what some of the photos show)
