I purchased a 5-year AutoXcarcare policy through Mercedes-Benz Sydney in 2024. While my first repair claim in 2025 at Five Dock was handled efficiently, my experience with the second claim has been unacceptable. I lodged a repair request in July 2026 and was assigned a workshop in Silverwater. I was told I would be contacted within 2 to 3 weeks to confirm my reparing date. After three weeks of hearing nothing, and getting no answer when calling customer service, I followed up again at the four-week mark. The representative was unable to provide a repair date and stated a "senior scheduler" would call me. When I asked for a specific date or timeframe for when to expect this call, she could not provide one. Expecting customers to wait over a month without a scheduled repair date or even a timeline for a follow-up call reflects poor communication and customer service. I hope management addresses these scheduling delays. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: Shortly after posting, my repair was completed by Jean at the Silverwater workshop. Jean did a good job repairing the wheel scratch and went above and beyond by offering to touch up an earlier minor scratch as well.

Excellent service

I had great experience with this car care workshop. Each year I had a free repair and extra $50 for additional spot fixing. The guys did excellent jobs with fixing scratches. This time I did repair mainly with my wheels rims. There were scars everywhere on rims, but the rims looked like new after their excellent and detailed work. Thanks guys! Definitely recommend this workshop to anyone who needs a good repair for scratches and rims.

Posted claim one day ago and all fixed next day in 1.5 hours. Waiting room is terrific with hot/cold drink facilities. The completed repair was excellent.
