Neil, the Auto Xcare technician, arrived on time last Friday. He patiently assessed the panels on our car that were needing attention. He decided that three panels needed his attention, not the four panels we had originally submitted. He set to work, completing all the panel work in 1.5 hours rather than the anticipated 4 hours. He patch up work was excellent. So a good experience for us and hopefully we will be given a $50 credit for the panel we paid for but did not need done Thank you Auto Xcare

I had badly scratched my alloy wheel on a gutter and was originally booked in for a month later. However, they proactively called me when they had an unexpected cancellation to see if I was home, and they came right out to fix it ahead of schedule 👍. ​Josh was incredibly professional, polite, and a really nice guy to chat with. He did a fantastic job—it took about an hour, and my wheel looks absolutely brand new again. Excellent customer service and top-tier workmanship. Highly recommended!
