At first the scratch couldn’t be polished out. They were happy to re-book the job for a later stage to re-spry the panel. It was quite a wait, as they were booked up in advance at that stage. But the communication was open and the job was done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the end results.

Firstly, I was happy that they offered a location to do the work, as I didn’t have the appropriate garage space. Secondly, we came to a good agreement on how to charge for the work - I had no major scratches but minor scratches across numerous panels that just needed buffering. And thirdly, the quality was great. Unfortunately I missed getting the name of my technician but we had a good discussion before hand to go over the work and what he produced was excellent.
