Taking out AutoXCarCare when I purchased my Subaru Forester 3 years ago was the best thing I have ever done! The staff in taking your bookings are excellent and the repair staff are superb. The repairer I had today (Josh) was an expert at repairing the stone chips and he looked after my car as if it was his own. I could not rate AutoXCarCare more highly.

I recently utilised this service to buff out some scratches on my car. It was very easy to use the app to make a booking and the process to organise for someone to come out was quick and easy. On the day Blake called me to offer an earlier time if I wanted and he promptly arrived at the time agreed on. Blake did a great job, was quick and professional. Happy with the service.

We were most satisfied with AutoXcarcare. Documentation and coordination of the task were well handled via electronic communication. We had opportunity to discuss the scope of paintwork repair by telephone prior to arrival. Anthony, our technician was courteous in explaining the work when we arrived on site. His time estimate was accurate enabling us to walk 1 km to Queen St for a snack. We returned to the nicely appointed waiting room which was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with the paint match for deep stone chip damage on the bonnet. The scuffed wheel rims also came up well. Overall no complaints.
