Daniel, the car care technician of AutoXcare is very professional. Daniel do a great job to make our car become it's original condition However the waiting time to have a booking schedule is too long. If your people can make it within month from the day of claim is better. Thanks and highly recommended

This is my second review of this business. See below for my first response. I’d had a car park prang and no one to blame. The damage was within the realms of autoX, thankfully. Everything went sweetly. The technician, Joshua, turned up pretty much on time and was happy with the car’s position. He finished the job in a couple of hours and made a pretty ugly front bumper look brand new. It was impossible to spot any blemishes. Brilliant. Thanks again to Joshua and AutoX team, who managed the appointment so well via frequent text messages. First review I was “sold” this policy by the finance guy at the car dealership. I thought he was very genuine in his endorsement. As with all insurance policies, you never know until the damage is done. When I discovered some minor but obvious scratches on the rear plastic panel I was pretty sure I had a good case. And so it proved - the technician, Joshua, was terrific and thoroughly engaged with his job. His enthusiasm was quite something. He was prompt and polite, and explained about car paintwork, but not so much as to make the eyes glaze over! The only reason I have not given a 5 star review is the long delay between booking in and the actual appointment. Joshua advised me that, should there be a next time, I should ask to go on the cancellation list, as jobs don’t often take as long as is budgeted for, and i could be fitted in quite easily, as a) e live in the inner suburbs, and b) we are retired, making us good candidates for a late call-up.

Very punctual with times, professional and nice guy to deal with. Very organised and well equipped service vehicle. Repaired the scrapes on the wheel in my carport very quietly, so perfectly I can not pick the repair points, twice now. You would swear it's a brand new wheel. Time taken for the repair was minimal.

A perfect job on my Mercedes - wheel rim scratches and stone chips on car bonnet as well as a larger scratch on the boot which wasn’t in the initial quote but is now virtually invisible. Looks as good as new! Would definitely recommend and use again.
