The process leading to the repair was most professional and clear. On the day of repair my wife had to take the car as I am in a moon boot with a ruptured achilles. I wanted to be there to make sure things were done properly. No worries. My wife on a 40deg day was set up in an air conditioned area with a desk (plus couch and TV) where she was able to complete writing her Xmas cards. The repair was completed flawlessly and in less time than promised. The tradesman/expert that dealt with my wife was friendly and helpful. When the car returned home, i checked the work.i couldn't tell that there had been any damage. 10 put 10 Thank you Andrew and Helen

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Hallam. Job was carried out to my complete satisfaction by 2 guys (whom I did not get their names unfortunately but it was on 19th Dec 2025 at 12pm). The factory is very well equipped. Highly recommended for these dents and paintwork jobs.
