The guy was very professional, friendly and came and gone on time. He did most of the job OK, scratches and paint chips barely noticeable however, when I checked one of the jobs (there were 4) closer I was a bit disappointed. I might be nitpicking or I might just be ignorant, I’m not a paint expert after all, but the color of the paint didn’t match and he also mentioned that the chip was too deep to fill in. Maybe I was expecting too much but that was what I thought, like when you take the car for a proper paint job or when you get onto an accident and the panel/paint experts return your car like nothing ever happened. Again, I might just be being ignorant but I can’t give a 5 star review if my expectations weren’t met.

Punctual Professional Approachable Excellent Service and work

I recently had my front passenger-side wheel restored by AutoXCarCare after some accidental curb rash, and the result is incredible — the wheel looks brand new! The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, from submitting my claim online to being contacted within a few days to organise the repair. The team was highly efficient and professional. A special shoutout to Tim, the technician who worked on my wheel. He’s a great guy who took the time to explain what he’d done and what I needed to do to let everything cure properly. I bought the package of service with AutoXCarCare when I had my new car for the peace of mind. I would have never thought of using it, unfortunately I did have to call up for 2 hit marks to be fixed/repainted just after a few months!! My first booking was cancelled so I was skeptical about the service I got. But the reschedule was earlier than planned and Mark who explained and fixed the marks really made me pleased. He is good and professional. I highly recommend the service that AutoXCarCare provides. This workshop is in Hallam (Southeast of Victoria). I am absolutely happy with their service. My car has lots of small and some long and deep scratches. Mark has done a great job today, not only fixing my big and deep scratches, but also fix all the small white spots on my car. I definitely come back again if in need.
