Technician Josh was punctual, polite and did a really good job with the mag wheel repair. He even rectified a previous repair on the wheel which was not satisfactory. Overall a good experience. 5 stars.

Kevin arrived in time, assessed my car and knew exactly what had to be done. He was curtious, very funny to chat with and did an amazing job. The car looks amazing. He had directions on how to keep it looking awesome !! The only the negative i can say is.. if you use this company Kevin has raised the bar for their other staff to keep up to in terma of work standards and customer service. Good luck. They offered alternative locations, which made the whole process so much easier for me. When I arrived, my technician, Frank, was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the repair options and give me honest advice about the best approach. Thanks to his advice, I was actually able to get a $100 reimbursement, which was a really nice bonus and showed they genuinely care about their customers. Chris, the onsite supervisor, went above and beyond by organising the reimbursement for me and making the whole process completely hassle-free. He also made me a delicious coffee while I waited! The waiting area was comfortable, with a desk and internet access, so I was able to keep working during the appointment. Most importantly, the repair itself was flawless—the car looks perfect. Excellent customer service from start to finish, with a team that truly goes the extra mile. I would definitely recommend AutoXCare to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality, and stress-free experience.
