We were most satisfied with AutoXcarcare. Documentation and coordination of the task were well handled via electronic communication. We had opportunity to discuss the scope of paintwork repair by telephone prior to arrival. Anthony, our technician was courteous in explaining the work when we arrived on site. His time estimate was accurate enabling us to walk 1 km to Queen St for a snack. We returned to the nicely appointed waiting room which was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with the paint match for deep stone chip damage on the bonnet. The scuffed wheel rims also came up well. Overall no complaints.
