Having scraped my car on a pole in a tricky car park 🤦🏼‍♀️ I realised we had cover through AutoX Car Care. I downloaded the app & lodged a request. I found the instructions clear re photos to take & the team was very responsive. We waited a while for a time slot (complicated by us going on holiday), then I took the car to their repair facility which in hindsight is probably the best approach . (They will also do it at your home if you have a covered space like a garage). The repair process was very efficient. Lots of messages to confirm the time & there were no delays. The repair took 2.5 hours as predicted & I walked the dog & grabbed a coffee. The technician was very friendly & did a great job. Can’t see where the damage was now at all!
