Friendly & Prompt Cuts, polish & touch upped minor scuffs & scratches I can’t fault the service. Even left me with some touch up paint.. Allowed me to take my car to their workshop in Hallam as my garage is currently been occupied. Happy to use them again. Lovely waiting room with coffee & water & coke. Even has a kids play area which I did not require. 2 work desks also available for use.

Customer service is not good You feel you are begging to get the repair done however I paid almost 2000$ for this insurance initially. Also they put a lot of criteria in your place to come to you otherwise they reject the claim and say place not suitable. However I went myself to their workshop in Hallam The guy there was very polite and efficient and did the repairs very well.
