These guys have excellent customer service. My appointment to have stone chips repaired was made well in advance. My repairer on the day was Nigel. He took great care and did an absolutely superb job in repairing the stone chips and fixing 2 small dents in front bumper. Thanks Nigel, much appreciated.

Mel came to my place today and fixed the relatively deep scratch on my new Mercedes Benz. My father was a panel beater/painter his entire adult life so I have a complete understanding of what needed to be done. Mel did just as good a job as my father's would have been. She was brilliant and so professional in all her work. Car looks brand new and you cannot see any difference between panels. Thanks so much Mel, and to AutoX Car Care. Used AutoXCarCare’s membership program to repair a curb-damaged machined alloy wheel and scratched bumper on a Merc c63s e Performance. The results were great, with no evidence of damage visible now. The repairs were done at their factory in Hallam and took roughly 3.5 hours. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the upstairs lounge area comfortable and quiet, with work space/desks. The pre-paid membership meant I paid just $50 for one repair and nothing for the other.
