Firstly, I was happy that they offered a location to do the work, as I didn’t have the appropriate garage space. Secondly, we came to a good agreement on how to charge for the work - I had no major scratches but minor scratches across numerous panels that just needed buffering. And thirdly, the quality was great. Unfortunately I missed getting the name of my technician but we had a good discussion before hand to go over the work and what he produced was excellent.

The entire process was fast and easy. From using the app to book to Frank coming out to repair. Frank called to say he could arrive an hour early if it suited me, which it did. I am very happy. Great result.
